Marvellous and brilliant location very close to all main monuments in Florence as well as many attractions and plenty of great restaurants, and the room was new-fashioned.

The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to Duomo. The interior design is cosy and the apartment is spacious. The host was welcoming and even brought cookies and wine at check-in. The apartment is quiet, considering how central it is. The train station and airport connection are easily accessible. There is also an affordable garage nearby. Our entire family of 7 could comfortably stay in the property.

stayed here with my kids, everything was excellent. found a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. design of this apartment was nice. it was in an incredible and peaceful place. had just perfect experience of one night and didn't want to leave.

I keep coming back to this place for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, and more. The staff also helped me with my elderly parents. Perfect for my business trips.

the rooms were well-designed, besides they have a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a fridge and a dining area. they can offer breakfast for far less prices. amiable staff, and the best host ever.

We stayed at Firenze Rentals Accademia and it was the perfect location for exploring the city. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had a beautiful Italian charm to them. It was great that our entire family of 7 could stay together in one property. the central location made it easy to walk to many sites, including the Duomo which was lovely in the morning before it got crowded. The Wi-Fi was also reliable, which was a plus. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.

I stayed at Firenze Rentals Accademia for a week-long vacation in Florence. The studio was impressively spacious, one of the best I've stayed in Italy. The rain shower was a highlight, with hot water and a big space to enjoy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the location couldn't have been better. Lorenzo, the staff member, was quick to provide extra toiletries and ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel's excellent location allowed us to easily access all the attractions, and the access to laundry facilities was a great bonus. The staff, Sara and Andrea, were incredibly kind and even provided us with complimentary wine and water. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future.

Located in the heart of all the action, this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is within walking distance of all the main monuments and tourist attractions in the city. the knowledgeable staff provided excellent suggestions on where to eat, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. the apartment offers a nice kitchenette and access to laundry facilities, making it a comfortable and convenient choice for families or small groups.

Although the apartment was situated in a bustling area, noise from the neighboring restaurant could be heard during the day.

It's an incredible base for traveling to Florence. The venue has a fabulous setting right in the heart of everything. The apartment is very close to a lovely cafe serving smoothies, as well as museums and major points of interest. The staff are affable and amazing, knowing what the customer wants. The design is nice.

The apartment is unbeatable, in the center of the city and the employees are always helpful and affable.

Stayed at Cavour37 and it was perfect! Clean apartment, great location, and they even provided chocolate, prosecco, and candles. Loved it!

Oh, did I mention the joy of trying to park? They take your car away and magically park it in another galaxy.
